**Probably not the best photo I have, but I don’t have a lot of close-up of my eyebrows. At leas not a lot of selfies.**
I love the thick fluffy eyebrow look and I wished my eyebrows could look thicker. I know that you can get an actual brow lamination (which looks cool), but I’m just a bit afraid since it seems too permanent. Plus, I’m sure that an actual eyebrow lamination would require some maintenance and I just wasn’t sure if I was up for it. Maybe one day, but definitely not now.
Before I found the Browvo Primer, I tried a few different things. There was the mascara trick, which doesn’t really work and can get messy. Then I tried the Anastasia Beverly Hills’ Clear Brow Gel which was so so and left my eyebrows a bit more spiky than fluffy. And, finally I tried the famous clear soap trick. I really wanted the soap trick to work so badly, but honestly I’m not the biggest fan. The soap’s a bit harsh on my eyebrows and I’m not sure if it’s the soap or the spoolie, but the soap trick really pulls my eyebrow hair out when I try to brush it up.
In the end, Benefit’s Browvo Primer came out a winner ♡
Benefit Browvo Conditioning Primer is hands down the best product for me in achieving the fluffy eyebrows look at home. I haven’t looked back since finding this product and I am literally obsessed. I have been rebuying the Browvo primer since I found it last year. It’s just such a good product. It literally keeps my eyebrow shape/style for the whole day, like it glues my eyebrow down. I know that probably sounds a bit scary, but it’s honestly so good if you want to have the fluffy eyebrow look. Plus, I honestly can’t say that it damages my eyebrow. If anything, I feel like it keeps my eyebrows healthy and helps it grow. I really love how it turns out and I really love the strong hold that it has.
Unfortunately, this is a pretty difficult product to use. At least I found it hard. The Browvo primer applicator itself isn’t bad, it’s actually quite good. But, you really need some time to apply it. I personally need to re-apply a couple of times and really use my fingers to push my eyebrows down after applying it with the applicator. Now, I’m not saying that the applicator itself is bad – if anything, it’s actually really good. It’s just more that I personally feel like you need to really push it down to keep that extreme fluffy pushed up eyebrow look. It’s totally up to you how you want to use it! I do think that there’s a learning curve in using the Browvo primer, it took me some time to learn how to use it but it’s super easy once you find you way around it!
Related to that, while I do love it, I think that the Browvo primer is a bit on the expensive side. It might be because I re-apply a couple of times before I get this super strong fluffy eyebrow look. But, I think it runs out within a month-ish for me.
