So, here’s my Marc Jacobs Biker Mini backpack review. I’ve seen this bag before on various websites but I’ve never really felt like I wanted it enough to get it. Fortunately enough – I got this as a Christmas present in 2017 and ever since then I’ve been using it daily!
.Although it’s only been a couple of months, I feel like I’ve used it enough to give a review on it and here are the main take-aways:
-
Low Maintenance and Practical
I feel like this goes for pretty much all the backpacks available but it’s super low maintenance and it’s super super practical. I’ve overstuffed it and had put this bag on the ground of many different types of floor and I literally don’t see a difference from when I first got it vs. now. Plus, I believe it’s Waterproof (made out of Polyester and Nylon from what I can see) and that is super handy;

Light and Small but it fits quite a lot!
As you can see – this does not look like the biggest backpack in the world. It looks quite small but don’t let that fool you. It can literally fit a lot of stuff (and even more if you strategically place the items like in a tetris).
I use this mainly on the weekdays for when I’m going to work. I usually carry:
in the smallest pocket at the bottom: a mirror, chap-stick, and a lip-balm;
the pocket at the top: my wallet, coin-purse, tissue and my work-badge;
and at the main thing: lunch box, a thick A5 notebook, a pouch (where I put all my other random stuff i.e charging cables, pens, etc.), gloves, a relatively-large smoothie shaker, and a water bottle.After all of that, I honestly would still have some room left for other stuff (which I don’t really need).
As for the actual measurements, it is 38cm for the strap, 10cm of depth, 25cm of width and 33cm of height. This unfortunately means that neither my work laptop (HP Notebook) or personal laptops (13 inch Macbook Air and Pro) can fit.Either way, I think it’s still quite good..
In conclusion, I find this bag to be so fuss free, practical, and carefree. I think it’s going to stay in my collection for a while. I’ve used this for just daily travel to work, and on vacation. The overall design looks pretty chic and casual, and it’s incredibly practical. I absolutely love it.

Hi there! Do u think this might work as a baby bag/ diaper bag for a toddler?! Thank you!

Hello! That could be possible but I’m not really sure how much stuff a diaper bag usually carries. Maybe as a recent comparison I’ve been using this bag as my gym bag and I’d stuff in my gym shoes, towel, water bottle, change of clothes and I still have a bit of space for other stuff. I think if the amount of stuff is similar then you totally can. It’s super lightweight and really low maintenance. Hope that helps! 🙂
