The Mulberry Mini Lily is one of the most reliable mini bags in my collection. Since I’ve had this for a bit over a year, I thought that I’m finally a credible source to give my thoughts on it. I have been enjoying wearing this bag, and I’m really excited to write about this.
The Mulberry Mini Lily is essentially the mini version of Mulberry’s classic Lily bags.
Why I got it
Back then I was looking for a super mini bag and my choices were either the Mulberry Mini Lily, the Furla Metropolis, or the Saint Laurent Blogger bag. They’re all quite different from each other and all my friends have different opinions on which I should get.
One day I ended up in the Designer Outlet in Roermond and they had a Mulberry store there. I went in not thinking of getting it but, I saw the Mulberry Mini Lily in this bright mandarin orange and I couldn’t let it go. It looked so good and it went great with my outfit that day. Not only that but the sales associate was super sweet.
Instantly I knew that I had made up my mind and I didn’t care about the other two bags in the running. I just loved everything about the Mulberry Mini Lily and I didn’t want to leave without it. 15 minutes later I came out with the new Mulberry Mini Lily in the brightest mandarin orange.
Definitely a bold color for me. I really am not the most colorful in terms of what I wear but, I feel like this color and this bag itself is just so easy to wear/pair. I never have issues styling it.
About the bag itself
Size: H12 x W15.5 x D6 cm / Fits iPhone 7 but sideways, or without cover, horizontally.
As you can see, it is a tiny bag. It barely fits a lot of things but of course, it does fit all of the essentials.
Interior is soft suede, with the same mandarin orange color, and three card slots.
Wear and tear
I’ve used this bag on and off for the past year (mostly on the weekends) and I don’t really see any wear on the bag. I’ve worn it out to normal day outs. To bars and clubs (and I’m talking about those with heavy smoke smell)- but so far there’s just been nothing on the bag.
Maybe I’m just being soft on the bag but, I just don’t see a lot of wear on the outside. The sales associate did say that I should moisturize the bag with the Collonil leather cream once every few months. But, other than that I have no other comments. Will definitely update if something happens 🙂
Overall conclusion
Sadly, I saw on the Mulberry’s website that they have discontinued the Mini Lily line. It’s super sad and I totally hope it makes a come back. In my opinion and based on my experience so far: the Mulberry mini lily is such a cute, classic, reliable bag. It’s worth its value and I just love it. I definitely recommend it and it’s at a great price point. I would definitely pick up another mini lily if I ever encounter one (this includes a secondhand one in really good condition).
Hope this was informative, please let me know if you have any questions.

Hi I was wondering if an iphone 13 would fit in the mini mulberry lily?

Hii! Unfortunately my iPhone 12 Pro (which has the same measurement as the 13) doesn’t fit in the bag – not even if I squish it in 🙁
